RFP- 191(AM)14-15/02 - The Lease of Multi-Function Copiers

Summary of Specifications:
MISD is currently seeking to lease for approximately sixteen (16) multi-function copiers located at approximately sixteen (16) different locations. Of the sixteen (16) copiers, six (6) are color and ten (10) are black and white. The district will be adding more campuses, which will require the addition of up to three multi-function copiers that will be added during the term of the lease and must be included in the proposal. Annual volume for these copiers is approximately 8 million clicks on the black and white copiers and 1 million clicks on the color copiers.
