Harlingen Waterworks System, Harlingen, Texas is soliciting sealed applications from eligible and qualified financial institutions with a physical location within the City of Harlingen municipal boundaries to provide the System with primary Depository Services. The initial contract period will begin July 1, 2022, and end June 30, 2024. At the option of the System, the contract may be extended for three (3) additional one-year periods under the same terms and conditions. Sealed applications will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2022, submitted to Ronald De La Garza, Director of Finance and Revenue, Harlingen Waterworks System, 134 East Van Buren, Harlingen, Texas 78550.
