CONTRACT PERIOD - This initial contract is for two (2) years, the period of November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2025 and may be extended for two (2) additional two (2) year renewal periods for a total of six (6) years (through October 31, 2029) with the approval of the Commissioners Court. If the two, two year extensions are exercised, it would be under the same terms and conditions as the first contract period, unless contract is amended by written agreement of both parties.
