The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) is currently soliciting Statements of Qualifications for engineering and surveying services from firms with a strong record in performing flood inundation modeling and mapping, dams in series modeling, and familiar with Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) data collection and reporting requirements. The services provided will serve as community and public awareness, education, and response during flood events for the Guadalupe Valley Hydroelectric System, which includes six hydroelectric impoundments on the Guadalupe River, owned and operated by GBRA and located within Comal, Guadalupe, and Gonzales County, Texas.
