Seeking engineering firms with a strong record in utility design, wastewater treatment plant design, subdivision design, and construction administration. The services provided will involve coordination of a stakeholder-driven process to solicit input on GBRA’s Standards and Design Guidelines and work with GBRA staff to develop a revised version. The scope will also involve development of a Developer Resources Guide to allow area developers to be better informed of the process for obtaining water and or wastewater service from GBRA from design through construction
