The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) is requesting bids from qualified, responsible companies for the purchase of 19,499 Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) of 2021 vintage. All qualified companies including Small, Minority, and Woman-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this invitation. RECs were created through hydroelectric power generation. RECs will be transferred to the awarded bidder through the State of Texas Renewable Energy Credit Trading Program via the ERCOT website. All qualified firms including Small, Minority, and Woman-Owned Businesses are encouraged to submit proposals in response to this invitation.
