Informal Investment Adv Svcs 2022 - Investment Advisory Services

The Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) is seeking proposals from Investment Advisors to provide portfolio management services for the EAA’s public funds and other funds under its control.  To be considered, the Proposer must be a registered Investment Advisor with the Securities and Exchange Commission and with the Texas State Securities Board.  The successful Investment Advisor will recommend appropriate investments consistent with the EAA’s investment policy and will facilitate selected transactions. THE INVESTMENT ADVISOR WILL NOT SERVE AS THE EAA’S BROKER/DEALER ON ANY SECURITY ACQUISITIONS.  In addition, the successful Investment Advisor must be completely independent of any financial institution or securities brokerage firm(s) from the aspect of receiving any commissions, bonuses, or soft-dollar payments resulting from the relationship with the EAA.
