It is the County’s intent to enter into a comprehensive Fire Inspection Services and Repairs contract with the selected Vendor for inspections of wet, dry, and exhaust fire systems, alarms, backflows, repairs, replacements, and emergency services on an as needed basis necessary for the effective and economical operation of facilities owned by the County. The selected Vendor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the Work.
