2022SIPC&G - Invitation to Bid- Curb and Gutter Removal and Replacement SIP 2022

Two items are included in this bid. City Council will award per item and award may be made to one, both or none.
The job will include all requirements as stated in the spec and plans. This project will include Removal of existing driveway approaches and culverts and or removal of existing curb and gutter, establishing a profile line and grade, preparing a subgrade under the new section of street, placing forms and installing new curb and Gutter in various locations. See details. Locations: Brinker Street from Tate to Peach: 1300LF of new Curb and Gutter, see picture. California Street from Church to Davis: 500 LF remove and replace existing along north side of Street, see picture. Contactor will excavate and haul off material and set line and finish grade.

REQUIRED INSURANCE AND BONDS:

• Contractors performing work on this project will be required to provide INSURANCE as Mandated by the State of Texas………i.e. General Liability, Auto and Worker Compensation per bid spec. 
• All Contracts totaling $50,000.00 or more shall be required to provide an approved PAYMENT BOND after the Council has awarded bid and contract has been signed. 
• All Contracts totaling $100,000.00 or more shall be required to provide an approved PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND after the Council has awarded bid and contract has been signed. 
• BID SECURITY in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check in the amount of 5% of the Maximum amount Bid for Bids over $100,000.00 is required with bid submission
