The job will include all requirements as stated in the spec and plans. 59,300 SF of reinforced concrete pavement, 5750 SY of cement treated subgrade, 1400 gal of prime coat, 140 TN Cement, excavation and haul off of the base including curb and gutter, removal and replacement of 19,334 sf of sidewalks, removal and replacement of 5,198 sf of driveway approaches.
REQUIRED INSURANCE AND BONDS:
- Contractors performing work on this project will be required to provide INSURANCE as Mandated by the State of Texas………i.e. General Liability, Auto and Worker Compensation per bid spec.
- All Contracts totaling $50,000.00 or more shall be required to provide an approved PAYMENT BOND after the Council has awarded bid and contract has been signed.
- All Contracts totaling $100,000.00 or more shall be required to provide an approved PAYMENT AND PERFORMANCE BOND after the Council has awarded bid and contract has been signed.
- BID SECURITY in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check in the amount of 5% of the Maximum amount Bid for Bids over $100,000.00 is required with bid submission
