2025-166-B - RFP for Strategic Planning Services

By submitting a proposal, the Consultant certifies that the Standard Terms and Conditions for Procurements, the RFP requirements, and all issued Addendums have been read and are fully understood, and it’s the Consultant’s intent to enter into negotiations for a contract for Strategic Planning Services. Consultant agrees to abide by the terms and statutory requirements governing the solicitation process.

All addenda shall be issued in written form by the Purchasing Office. The City is not bound by any oral representations, clarifications, or changes made in connection to the RFP by the City’s employees, agents or consultants unless in the form of a properly issued Addendum. 

The failure of the Consultant to contact the Owner to determine the issuance of any Addenda, or to acknowledge receipt of any and all of the Addenda issued in connection with this project, shall entitle the City, at its sole discretion, to (i) reject the proposal of the Consultant as being non-responsive, or (ii) to accept the proposal of the Comsultant, in which event the Consultant agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of each unacknowledged Addendum.

Submitter further certifies that he/she has the legal authority to bind the Consultant, and further certifies that there are no objections to any of the terms and conditions listed in this RFP document, except as noted in Article VIII. Submittals, Section I. Additional Information, Item 2. (if applicable).
