By submitting a response, the Respondent certifies that the Standard Terms and Conditions for Procurements, the SOQ requirements, and all issued Addendums have been read and are fully understood, and it’s the Respondent’s intent to enter into negotiations for a contract for Architectural Design Services for Downtown Rowlett Core Enhancement Design Packages. Respondent agrees to abide by the terms and statutory requirements governing the solicitation process.
All addenda shall be issued in written form by the Purchasing Office. The City is not bound by any oral representations, clarifications, or changes made in connection to the SOQ by the City’s employees, agents or consultants unless in the form of a properly issued Addendum.
The failure of the Respondent to contact the Owner to determine the issuance of any Addenda, or to acknowledge receipt of any and all of the Addenda issued in connection with this project, shall entitle the City, at its sole discretion, to (i) reject the submission of the Respondent as being non-responsive, or (ii) to accept the submission of the Provider, in which event the Provider agrees to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of each unacknowledged Addendum.
Respondent further certifies that he/she has the legal authority to bind the Respondent, and further certifies that there are no objections to any of the terms and conditions listed in this SOQ document.
