The City of Jersey Village owns and operates the Jersey Meadow Golf Club, a prominent golf course located in Jersey Village, Texas. As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the overall experience for our visitors, we are seeking information from potential concessionaires interested in managing the food and beverage services at Jersey Meadow GC housed in our newly constructed clubhouse set to open Summer of 2024.
The purpose of this Request Expressions of Interest (RFEI) is to gather details and insights regarding your company's experience, and proposed strategies for operating and managing a food and beverage concession at a municipal golf course. The information obtained through this RFI will assist us in future discussions and a potential future RFP for a concessionaire partner who can contribute to the successful operation and development of the food and beverage facilities at Jersey Meadow Golf Club.
