The City of Victoria, Texas, (the City), Request for Qualifications ("RFQs") from firms desiring to provide design/build services for RIVERSIDE PARK SPLASH PAD near the Parks and Recreation Offices in Riverside Park, located at 532 McCright Drive, Victoria, TX 77901, (the "Project"). The City is seeking specific qualifications from interested firms (Professional) that are capable of providing professional project feasibility, conceptual design, cost estimating, construction document preparation and complete construction for the Project.
