The City of Victoria, Texas is requesting applications for a three-year bank depository contract with the option for two possible one-year extensions. This Request for Application (RFA), which represents the City's cash management goals, specifies all required qualifications, the banking services required, the estimated activity volumes on all accounts, the method and terms of compensation, submission instructions and contract award provisions. All qualified institutions, as defined below, are invited to apply. To be eligible under Chapter 1051 of the Texas Local Government Code an otherwise qualified institution must have a physical location within the City’s municipal boundaries. Institutions responding to this Request for Application (RFA) must be insured through the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), and must be able to demonstrate a capacity to meet the City’s requirements as stated in the RFA.
