The City of Victoria (hereinafter “City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms
(hereinafter “Proposer”) to provide a registration, reservation, and point of sale system.
The solution that will best fulfill the needs of the City will provide for recreation program
and league registration, facility management, facility/equipment rental, point of sale, report
generation, invoicing, customer communication, membership capabilities, athletic
tournaments, and integrates with existing City programs.
In addition to the software, the City requires Proposer to provide professional services that
will ensure a timely and successful implementation and knowledge transfer of setup and
maintenance requirements to the City staff. Professional services will need to include
process review and improvement recommendation and implementation based on public
sector best practices, current customer service requirements and City ordinances/policies.
The City is not looking to customize the software; however, the City is interested in a
software solution that is highly configurable by City staff to support the current and
ongoing needs.
