The City of Victoria, Texas, (“the City”), requests Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from firms desiring to provide State and Federal Grant Administration Services (the “Project”). The City anticipates requiring complete state and federal grant administration services, which may include assisting the Grant Administrator with preparation of application proposals, cost estimating, and administration of grant awards in accordance with all application laws, guidance, certifications, and assurances.
