Respondent shall pick up the City's documents constituting receivable billings at the City of Victoria Finance Office, located at 702 N. Main Suite #100, Victoria, Texas 77901 along with any other material necessary to complete the service. The Finance Office will notify the Respondent once the billings are ready to be picked up. The receivable billings will be on a monthly basis.
Fold, sort, and stuff invoices along with any inserts and return envelopes into City of Victoria envelopes, seal envelopes and prepare for bulk mail out. Bar code Finance billings in order to receive auto-mail rate from post office. Deliver prepared bulk mail outs to the U.S. Post Office located at 312 S. Main, Victoria, Texas 77901. Keep all billings secure and confidential. Billing should consist of all documents that the City of Victoria designates to be placed in an envelope along with the invoice.
