Contractor shall provide all Labor, Supervision, Materials and Equipment required to provide annual maintenance at the Victoria Community Center, 2905 E. North Street. Specifically, Contractor’s duties will include, but are not limited to, Fine Mowing, Weed Trimming, Edging, Blowing, and H erbicide Application. This will also include the flowerbed at the front of the building. The flowerbed weeds should be maintained with physical/mechanical/chemical control and will need to include re-mulching twice (2) per year and quarterly shrub trimming.
