RFB-TA-09092022 - CITY OF VICTORIA CHRISTMAS TREE

Please provide all the labor and materials for the following:
•Install and removal of 30ft pre-lit HEB Christmas tree.
•Must have trained and certified riggers for anchoring the Christmas tree to the provided concrete anchors.
•Must be skilled installers of Dekra-lite RGB DMX controlled holiday tree which requires wireless services set up by the installer every holiday season.
•Must be knowledgeable of the RGB and DMX sound and light program for trouble shooting and problem solving. Must be available at a moment’s notice if/when issues arise with the programmed lights and sound of the tree.
•Repair and/or replace LED twinkle lights wrapped around up to 9 trees with up to 50 strands each wrapped around trunks and a few of the limbs in DeLeon Plaza.
•Cover cost of any equipment rental needed for installation of tree and/or lights.
•Must provide at least 3 references of other cities and types of trees that have been installed by your company.
