2025-028 - Fully Insured Medical and Dental

The City of Pflugerville is soliciting sealed proposals for a contract on Fully Insured Medical and Dental coverage. Proposals must be submitted electronically to the City via the Texas Bid System site at: https://www.bidnetdirect.com/texas.  An additional electronic copy must also be emailed to the City’s Broker, HUB International, Attn: Caysi Mitchell, at caysi.mitchell@hubinternational.com. Proposals must be received by 10:00 AM CT on September 16, 2025. Late proposals will not be accepted.

The City of Pflugerville reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, to waive any informality in any bid, and to accept any bid which, in its discretion, is in the best interest of the City of Pflugerville.
