Sealed responses, subject to the terms and conditions of this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Employee Benefits must be received by the specified due date and time at the City of Pflugerville and HUB International, per the instructions shown below.  The complete RFP packet and any subsequent Addendums may be obtained by contacting HUB International by email  Caroline.Smith@hubinternational.com.  The publication notice for this RFP will be posted on the Pflugerville Pflag Newspaper.
