The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks an agreement with a qualified
Individual, Firm, or Corporation, herein “Respondent”, to provide Professional Services, herein
“Services”, for the inventory and assessment of all City maintained roadways in order to develop a
Roadway Pavement Assessment and Management Plan for the City of Leander.
For each roadway studied, the plan will include, but is not limited to, a Pavement Condition Index
(PCI) score, project maintenance scope, and budget. The Roadway Pavement Assessment and
Management Plan will prioritize and rank roadway rehabilitation and maintenance projects based
on roadway class, available roadway maintenance funds, and remaining life.
The City of Leander currently owns and maintains approximately 254 centerline miles of roadways.
