1. Purpose
The City of Leander, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide construction services for the delivery of the City of Leander Pond Maintenance 2024 project.
2. Background
The Work consists of the removal of all sediment, debris, and unwanted vegetation within the detention/sedimentation ponds, drainage swales, channels, and storm outfalls and other maintenance work.
