RFP-15-002 - Illuminated LED Marquee Sign

Summary of Specifications:
The City of La Marque is requesting proposals from qualified individuals/firms for the purchase and installation of a double-faced, illuminated LED sign. The successful bidder, as Contractor, shall furnish all manpower, trucks or any other equipment necessary to complete the installation of the LED sign. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits and install a double-faced, internally illuminated electronic sign with a programmable LED message display. The Contractor shall also provide and install all wireless equipment and software, programming and training required to operate and control the sign from La Marque Public Library. The LED sign shall be configured in such a manner to make a significant visual impact and be clearly visible and readable from the intersection at Bayou and Cedar and the intersection at Bayou and First Street. The sign must also be easily readable in sunlight and lit in order to be seen at night.
