The City of Hutto is requesting qualifications from qualified consultants to prepare an update to the Unified Development Code (UDC), specifically including updates to reflect the new comprehensive plan and the creation/coordination of the engineering manual. The UDC will address topics related to general provisions, review authority and procedures, applications and permits, subdivision, zoning districts and use regulations, site development and design standards, environmental protection, signs and compliance and enforcement.
