The City prefers a single software that can perform bid management and contract management, however the City is open to awarding individual contracts for each component, bid management and contract management, if deemed advantegeous to the City. Proposers are encouraged to submit responses for only one system if they do not offer a consolidated solution.

All responses to this RFP shall be submitted on the attached response forms. Proposals must be received at City of Cedar Park Finance Department at or before 2:00 PM Central CT on June 7, 2023. Each Proposal must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. Proposers shall electronically submit through the Texas BidNetDirect website.
