Description

General Description of Work – The City of Cedar Park, hereinafter referred to as “City,” is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified companies (“Providers”) to provide supplemental information technology technical services staffing and/or consulting services (the “Services”). The City intends to select two Providers through this RFP process that are believed to be able to provide the best value to the City. The City intends to award Providers a Services Agreement, hereinafter referred to as “AGREEMENT,” for such efforts.

Additional Bidding Instructions

All responses to this RFP shall be submitted on the attached response forms. Proposals must be received at City of Cedar Park Finance Department at or before 2:00 PM CST on November 15, 2022. Each Proposal must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. Proposers shall electronically submit through the Texas BidNetDirect website.

HARD COPY, FAXED, OR E-MAILED PROPOSALS AND/OR LATE SUBMISSIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
