Additional Bidding Instructions

All responses to this RFQ shall be submitted on the attached response forms. Statements of Qualifications must be received at City of Cedar Park Finance Department at or before 2:00 P.M. CT on June 28, 2022. Each Statement of Qualifications must be properly identified with the subject title and date and time due. One (1) original and five (5) copies of the Statement of Qualifications shall be submitted BOTH in written, hard-copy format, and one (1) copy in electronic format on a USB drive, and delivered in a sealed envelope via mail, courier service, or hand delivery.
