The City of Cedar Park seeks the services of qualified geotechnical engineering consultants interested in providing primarily materials testing services, but may also require geotechnical engineering services for the New Cedar Park Public Library.
Site development of the new two-story, 47,000 square foot Cedar Park Public Library will be located within the Bell District, of which the roads and utilities are currently under construction. The site work includes earthwork, concrete paving, paver sidewalks, site utilities, storm drainage, landscaping, and irrigation. Building construction includes drilled pier foundation, structural steel framing, exposed timber framing, stone masonry and metal panel exterior, flat and shaped roofs, storefront windows and entry doors, millwork, fire suppression, mechanical systems, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
