Interested and qualified firms are required to submit two hard copies, and a USB drive with a PDF version of their statement of qualifications (SOQs). SOQs are limited to 20 letter size pages (front side only) with minimum font size of 10 and portrait orientation. Schedules are permitted to be in landscape orientation, if preferred by submitting firm, but must still be on a letter size page. A single cover page and section divider pages will not count towards the page limit, provided they do not contain SOQ-applicable material. A cover letter does count toward the page limit.
