The project will consist of development of approximately 15 acres of land along Cluck Creek. The construction will include an abundance of foot and bike trails, a stand-alone restroom facility, a multi-use facility with restrooms, pavilion, dumpster enclosure and storage, and play equipment/spaces. Project construction is currently being bid with tentative start and completion dates of December 4, 2023 and September 1, 2024 respectively. Project plans are available in this posting to assist in preparation of SOQs for requested services of this RFQ.
