The City of Cedar Park requests Proposals/Quotations for 3rd party inspection / project representation services for the construction of the Town Center Pedestrian Bridge and Pathway.

Scope of Project: The project consists of approximately 2,050 linear feet of a new 10-foot wide concrete sidewalk, including the installation of a 140-foot span by 10-foot wide pre-manufactured pedestrian bridge over Spanish Oak Creek. Construction activities will include site grading, drainage improvements, signage, removal of existing culverts, and the adjustment of landscaping irrigation and statue gardens where construction activities conflict.
