The City of Cedar Park requests Proposals/Quotations for 3rd party inspection / observation services for the rehabilitation of Lakeline Boulevard between Continental Pass and Cedar Hills Boulevard. Specific Construction Phase Services for which we are requesting proposals/quotations are for daily inspection/observation, review of quality assurance testing, identification of deficiencies and design conflicts, and coordination with design engineers, contractor’s representatives and project managers.
Scope of construction work: Phased traffic control, full-depth surface milling the entire roadway, excavation to allow for construction of proposed pavement section, salvage/mixing of pavement millings with native materials, construction and compaction of proposed base and surface paving, raising valves and manholes, and temporary/permanent pavement markings.
