The City of Cedar Park requests Proposals/Quotations for 3rd party inspection / observation services for the construction of Bell Park, located in the newly developed Bell District, at the intersection of S Bell Boulevard and Buttercup Creek Boulevard.
The project will consist of development of approximately 15 acres of land along Cluck Creek. The construction will include an abundance of foot and bike trails, a stand-alone restroom facility, a multi-use facility with restrooms, pavilion, dumpster enclosure and storage, and play equipment/spaces. Project construction is currently out for bid with tentative start and completion dates of December 4, 2023 and September 1, 2024 respectively.
