The bid may be faxed to 979-323-1672 or scanned and emailed to LDibbern@cityofbaycity.org The successful bidder will be required to execute the City’s Standard Contract (attached), show proof of insurance (Exhibit “B”) and complete a Vendor Information Packet (Exhibit “C”).
