The purpose of this contract is to provide chipping/grinding of tree limbs and brush at the City of Bay City Brush Site located on Skelly Road approximately 1 mile north of Golden Avenue. The Contractor shall furnish all materials, labor, equipment, tools, supplies, and/or services to furnish the Work as described in Exhibit “A”, and shall carry out all obligations, duties, and responsibilities imposed on Contractor by the Agreement Documents.
Anticipated start work date is Jaunuary 20, 2020.
