Description

The purpose of this proposal is to construct a 24’ X 20.0” concrete slab with a
17’.4”X16’ foundation including a beam of 12”X24” around the foundation for each restroom
facility building fully described above. The restroom facility buildings will consist of concrete
blocks and shall include installation of two stainless steel toilets, two stainless steel sinks and two
drains for each restroom facility. The desired amenities of the restroom facilities shall include an
8’ tall concrete block around the outside of the building, two hand dryers and ADA handicap rails
and two colors of paint inside and outside of each building as approved by the Public Works
Department.
Each restroom building facility shall adhere to the
attached Building Plans Exhibit.
