Summary of Specifications:
Project Title: Luedeke Park Parking Lot 

Project Location: 3201 Hickory Tree Rd. (S.W. corner of Hickory Tree Rd. and Redbud Lane) in the City of Balch Springs. 

Scope of Work: Replace existing temporary rock parking lot, driveways and approaches with permanent concrete parking lot, driveways and approaches. Approximately 10,723 square feet (see attachment map). 

The City will do all the excavating and dirt work, and site preparation. The City will also provide and set up outer forms. 

The Contractor will provide and install #3 (3/8) rebar on 18 inch centers in both directions on chairs. Provide, pour and finish 4000 psi concrete 6 inches thick for the entire job. Please keep the price of the concrete as a separate line item. The City reserves the right to furnish the concrete. After the cement sufficiently hardens, the contractor will cut in control joints every 20 feet.
