Summary of Specifications:
This project consists of civil, landscape, and architectural improvements within the approximately 16-acre park. The scope of work inlcudes demolition of existing park utilities, drives, curbs, pavilions, and buildings; selective demolition of buildings to remain for renovation; site excavation and grading; new site utilities including potable water, recycled water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and electrical; new paving, curbs and walks, site lighting; new tree and shrub plantings; new irrigation; and site graphics and signate. The project also requres the renovation of the c. 1951 Rotunda Pavilion, Kitchen/Barbeque Building, existing restrooms, and salvage of existing structureal steel framse for reuse in the park. new structures will include new picnic pavilions, a performance pavilion, new restrooms, and a new service and maintenance building.
