RFP-EB-08072017 - Compensation and Turnover Studies

The Bexar County Juvenile Probation Department ("Juvenile Probation") is a Bexar county agency comprised of approximately 700 employees, about half of which are secure juvenile facility staff and the other half are probation officers, administrative staff, and support staff.  Juvenile Probation is in need of a compensation study to analyze its base pay structure as compared to other comparable agencies in order to establish competitive wages for all positions while maintaining internal equity between positions.  Juvenile Probation is also in need of a turnover study to determine what factors play a role in Juvenile Probation’s turnover rates, and to provide recommendations on how Juvenile Probation can reduce its rate of turnover.  Offerors will be asked to submit 2 separate costs for each study.
