Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Create and maintain project attributes i. Add, edit and inactivate ii. Provide capability to use any fields for search and filter criteria b. Create and modify schedule templates i. Schedule analysis/modeling ii. View staff member schedule information iii. Mass project updates as needed c. Manage and track project from concept to closeout (i.e., schedule, budget, scope, funding, estimates, data and resources) d. Provide systematic notifications to users after certain actions and changes e. Track change history (i.e., name, date, time and reason for change) f. “What if” scenario planning/modeling, workload analysis g. Provide notifications of expiring/expired documents ; a. One-time conversion of existing reports from Business Objects Enterprise Application and/or Microsoft Access b. Integrate data from external systems c. Provide capability to display information in a graphical format d. Resource allocation analytics e. Create, submit, print, and view required state and federal reports f. Create canned and customizable reports ; a. Link to and share data with internal and external systems b. Link to required project documents and data.
