Specifications include, but are not limited to: The (new or refurbished) bullet trap should allow for, at minimum, safe handgun and shotgun (preferably rifle rated) fire as close as 3 yards • The bullet trap should allow for the efficient and environmentally safe retrieval of spent rounds • The bullet trap will accommodate at least six shooting lanes within the dimensions of the current facility The bullet trap / target system combination will allow for 0 to 25 yard shooting distances • The range will contain 6 lanes with 1 target per lane for a total of six targets • The system will be required to operate individual targets or the combined 6 targets at once • The range will be used on a frequent basis, and the targeting system must be constructed to withstand such use • The shooting distance from the targets will be 0 to 25 yards with shooting stations at the 3, 7, 15, and 25 yard lines • The targets should operate via a wireless control system with wired back up • The target mechanism should be protected from damage from bullets • Metal target frames are desired and should accommodate standard Q and B27 targets
