Specifications include, but are not limited to: Chain of Custody Documentation: 1.All voting machines surrendered to the contractor by the Election Commission custodian must be tracked via chain of custody documentation from the time of surrender until the completion of sanitization. This documentation must include the model and serial number of each device, all locations where the devices were stored, including the arrival and departure time, and the name and contact information for the custodian.2.Upon completion sanitization, all chain of custody documentation must be provided to the Shelby County Election Commission Deputy Administrator of Elections, Joe Young, at 980 Dixon Drive, Memphis Tennessee, 38134. Oversight and Sanitization Documentation3.Election Commission personnel will be included in the sanitization process permitting them to audit and monitor the systems being processed.4.Members of the political parties registered in Shelby County (approved by the Election Commission prior to the day of sanitization) will be permitted to observe the sanitization process and ask questions related to the process as necessary.5.The contractor will perform an inventory of the machines collected from the Election Commission upon pickup and will provide this inventory to the Election Commission One (1) week prior to the scheduled sanitization of the machines.
