Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. An online application form submission system through which parents/students can submit an application for a student to request to enroll in the IEA Program each year and for current account holders to submit a renewal application each year (these are two separate and distinct forms) and the Department can review those application forms and inform applicants as to the status of the form. 2. An online form system through which IEA account holders (parents/students) can submit forms to the Department to comply with their responsibilities for the IEA Program each year, and the Department can review those forms and inform account holders as to the status of the forms. The Department currently has 16 types of forms, but some may be added and some removed, and each would need to be a separate online form. 3. An online application form submission system through which private school principals can submit an application for a private school to request to participate in the IEA Program each year and the Department can review those application forms and inform applicants as to the status of the form.
