Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace Drug Court Building roof, Annex and Guild Buildings fascia, gutters and downspouts, Guild Buildings ridge vents, and all required related work.; Remove and replace the applicable roofing, fascia, gutters, downspouts, ridge vents, damaged subsurface, repair and enhance downspout oufalls, and all required related work.; 1. Drug Court Food Service Building Roof: A. Remove ballast and dispose of on-site per owner’s direction.; B. Remove and dispose of all roof membrane and flashing.; C. Remove and dispose of all insulation including all substrate materials to the existing deck.; D. Inspect the condition of the existing deck for any damage, rust, or discoloration.; E. Replace any damaged exhaust pipes. ; 2. Drug Court Annex Buildings: A. Remove and replace: 1. Gutters; 2. Downspouts; 3. Ridge vents; 4. Drip edge; 5. Fascia trim; B. Install shingles to match existing: 1. At Ridge Vents.; 2. At trim along the gable ends.; C. Install boots and underground piping for the downspouts.: 1. A survey should be performed to verify contours and determine the best way to route piping.; 3. The Guilds: A. Remove and replace: 1. Gutters; 2. Downspouts; 3. Ridge vents; 4. Drip edge; 5. Fascia trim; 6. Soffits; B. Install shingles to match existing: 1. At Ridge Vents.; 2. At trim along the gable ends.; C. Install boots and underground piping for the downspouts.: 1.
