Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor must supply all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials to provide a turnkey installation of the incline platform lift specified. The contractor is responsible for demolition of the existing lift and disposal of debris. The contractor must provide complete plans and specifications before submittals will be released. Color selections must be provided prior to release of submittals. All current inspection fees are to be included for one final inspection. All work areas are to be left clean and straightened at the end of the work day. The contractor is to perform work in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and practice standard safety policies and procedures. The contractor is to follow all COVID policies and procedures instituted by federal, state, local, governments and in accordance with policies and procedures of the Roane County Board of Education.
