Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.The successful bidder shall insure that each Fire Suppression System conforms to, and remains in accordance with the following, where applicable: • NFPA 17, Standard for Dry Chemical Extinguishing Systems • NFPA 17A, Standard for Wet Chemical Extinguishing Systems • NFPA 96, Standard for Vapor Removal from Cooking Equipment • Manufacturer’s instruction manuals and all applicable addenda • Must follow all OSHA Guidelines; Contractor will be responsible for any and all OSHA violations or citations as well as any fees, fines or penalties that may result from OSHA violations or citations issued 2. Contractor must comply with all applicable codes, laws, regulations, standards, and ordinances in force during the term of this agreement 3. Contractor must obtain and pay for all permits and licenses required by law that are associated with the contractor’s compliance with the requirements of this bid 4. Inspection reports must be signed by the site’s Plant Manager or his designee to ensure payment 5. The discharge piping must be checked for obstructions 6. Seal wire on pull rings of the manual release lever must be inspected
