Specifications include, but are not limited to: The number of sites may increase and/or decrease during the contract period.The number of elevators and/or lifts may increase and/or decrease during the contract period. Under this contract, the contractor shall regularly and systematically examine, adjust, clean, lubricate, and furnish lubricants in accordance to elevator manufacturer's recommendations (and dispose of lubricants in accordance of approved environmentally approved practices), controls and lifts. Monthly examination and lubrication services shallinclude lubricating and cleaning the machine, motor and controller; greasing or oiling all bearings and guides; inspecting all safety devices; and making all necessary minor adjustments. Monthly examination and lubrication services shall include the inspection of the power unit, controller, door equipment, hatchway equipment, and all other components of the elevator. Bidder shall also examine, lubricate, and adjust, the following accessory equipment: Interlocks, Car and Hatch Handles, Car Hatch Door Operators, Door Closures and Signal System.
