Specifications include, but are not limited to: A.This bid is to include all materials, expertise, equipment, shipping, delivery, and installation of the specified window repair and replacement services in the attached bid package.B.Prices for the following shall include: a.Labor I unit price shall include hourly wages, payroll burden, vehicle, tools, basic supplies, insurance, fuel, and all other customary and necessary expenses for a 2-person installation crew marked up for overhead, profit, and all other expenses and to be expressed as a unit price per hour.b.Labor II unit price shall include hourly wages, payroll burden, tools, basic supplies, insurance, and all other customary and necessary expenses for one additional technician, in the same vehicle as Labor I, marked up for overhead, profit, and all other expenses and to be expressed as a unit price per hour. This hourly rate shall be used for a third and a fourth technician, if needed, riding in the same vehicle as Labor I.c.Costs for glass and other components necessary to complete the repair shall be computed using the actual supplier invoice for the glass and components used for the repair. The supplier’s invoice may show the shipping charges, if any. The invoice(s) for the repair may be marked up by the percentage agreed-to on the Unit Cost Sheet of the contract documents.C.The successful bidder shall be selected using a computational model that extrapolates the data provided by the bidder on the Unit Cost Quotation Sheet and converting that data to a dollar value whereby the lowest dollar value from the responsive bidders will be designated as the low bidder, the second lowest dollar value from the responsive bidders will be designated as the second lowest bidder and so forth.
